Wedding at the Colony

This sexy summery desert wedding has all the details and fashion to show guests a great time. Anthony and Elena were married by the bride’s longtime friend and exchanged vows against a backdrop of the Palm Spring desert at the Colony Palms Hotel. She wore a Liancarlo gown while the groom looked dapper in Calvin Klein. All photos by Michael Segal Photography.

From the time guests walked in to favors as they left, they were dazzled with details produced by Demaray Events. The escort cards were matchbooks and candles with their names wrapped around them, to be lit by guests.

The celebration was beautifully detailed with location appropriate succulents placed in Chinese tea tins to honor the bride’s heritage. And the orange and navy palette blended perfectly with the venue and was created by simply smell.

During the reception, friends and family made use of the on-site photo studio by Michael Segal and danced to Frank Sinatra inspired tunes between cocktails. The long feasting table near the pool for dinner was drama enough for even old blue eyes to turn his head.
To show their more playful side, the couple welcomed guests to enjoy sweets from the Girl Scout cookie table and palm tree cookie cutters were the favors they parted with.

Congrats Anthony and Elena on your wedding! And thanks to Michael Segal Photography (a bridal bar member) for sharing his incredible images!
